30-day returns
Unopened issues in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Wrong or damaged items
If we sent the wrong issue or yours arrived damaged, we cover return shipping and you choose: replacement or refund. Send a photo to info@ashgrovequillpress.com within 14 days.
How refunds land
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving back at the shop, and reach your statement 3–10 days after that depending on your bank.
