Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA: readable contrast, keyboard-navigable menus and checkout, visible focus states, labelled form fields, alt text on artwork and reduced-motion support that quiets animation automatically.
In the physical shop
Step-free entry, wide aisles for wheelchairs and strollers, and staff happy to pull anything down from a high shelf or read out condition notes. Service animals always welcome.
